The Culture of Academic Medicine Initiative aims to motivate positive culture change by promoting institutional and individual level strategies.

The Okanagan Charter Collaborative is a group which has representation from all seventeen faculties of medicine across Canada as well as from the Canadian Federation of Medical Students, Black Physicians of Canada, the Indigenous Physician Association of Canada, the Canadian Association of Physicians with Disabilities, LGBTQ2S+, and patient representatives. In this meeting we will work together to develop resources to enable implementation of the Okanagan Charter (An International Charter for Health Promoting Universities and Colleges within the Faculties of Medicine).
