CMPA Equity Scholarship for ICAM 2025

The Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) is committed to equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI). We recognize the systemic barriers, inequities, and socioeconomic challenges that medical conference participants who are underrepresented may face.

We are therefore taking steps to help increase the ability of individuals from equity-deserving groups to contribute their research and knowledge to the healthcare field.

CMPA has introduced an Equity Scholarship to assist physicians and physician trainees that self-identify as Black, Indigenous (First Nations, Inuit and Métis) or racialized participants to attend the 2025 International Congress on Academic Medicine.
