Description and Objectives:

The University of Toronto’s Centre for Advancing Collaborative Healthcare and Education (CACHE) and The Institute for Education Research (TIER) at University Health Network foster collaboration and co-creation with student, community, and patient leaders. In this showcase and panel presentation, we will:

1. Share and reflect on stories of successful collaborations and partnerships with student, community, and patient leaders.
2. Identify factors that enable collaborations and partnerships that are both meaningful and sustainable.
3. Showcase impacts of meaningful engagement and co-creation through student, community, and patient leadership.
