About Dr. Victor Do

Victor is co-chief and 4th year pediatrics resident physician at the University of Toronto. He has extensive experience in physician and learner wellbeing, particularly in developing and fostering health promoting learning and working environments. He is a former President of the Canadian Federation of Medical Students, board member with the Canadian Medical Association and has served on a number of other committees and working groups related to medical education and physician wellbeing. He helped develop the University of Alberta Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry Well Lab, whose academic work focuses on the learning environment and culture in medicine. His academic work in pediatrics focuses on child health equity and hospital pediatrics.
