Faculty developers exert influence and lead change in their institutions.  Increasingly, they also prepare others to be leaders.  In this interactive session, participants will reflect on their leader identity and practice, identifying ways they can further their personal professional development.  They will also be challenged to imagine how they can build a culture of leadership excellence in their organizations.

After this session, participants will be able to:

1. Describe themselves as leaders and articulate the values that motivate their leadership practice
2. Identify means for faculty development to foster leadership within their organizations
3. Develop a plan for their own ongoing leadership development
