To stay updated and gain access to the registration process, we recommend subscribing to our email communications. ICAM Registration Cancellation<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Requests for cancellations must be submitted in writing to icam@afmc.ca by February 28, 2026, to be reimbursed 75% of the registration fee.\u00a0 No refunds are issued after March 1, 2026.\u00a0 Please note that there is a processing time for all written cancellation and reimbursement requests.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

ICAM Programming Changes<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

ICAM reserves the right to change, adapt, reschedule and\/or cancel programs, including but not limited to switching to a virtual conference or hybrid event format. Modifications to ICAM programming will be notified to participants as soon as is practicable in the circumstances.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Force Majeure<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

I<\/span><\/b>CAM shall have no liability whatsoever if any of our events or programs are delayed, changed, or cancelled at any time due to strikes, lockouts, accidents, fires, floods, severe weather, acts of God, healthcare crisis, epidemics and pandemics as a result of viral or bacterial illnesses, forced shut-downs, emergencies, war, riots, terrorist attacks, any actions constituting a \u201cforce majeure,\u201d or any other causes or delays beyond ICAM\u2019s reasonable control, whether similar to or different from the causes above enumerated.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>
